Meet Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica Minogue – a qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner and herbalist, and the founder of Natural Perimenopause. I created this space because I saw time and time again, how women were being dismissed, overlooked, or misinformed when it came to one of the most transformational times of their lives: perimenopause.

After supporting women in clinic through all stages of life, it became clear that perimenopause is still misunderstood – and women are paying the price. Many are told their symptoms are “just part of getting older,” or offered a one-size-fits-all solution without real support.

Even worse, many women are having their symptoms dismissed or ignored entirely by health professionals, leaving them feeling confused, unsupported, and isolated – or medicated for various different symptoms they are experiencing, when they are simply in perimenopause. I believe this simply isn’t good enough.
