Meet Jess from Natural Perimenopause

Hi, I’m Jessica Minogue – a qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner and herbalist, and the founder of Natural Perimenopause. I created this space because I saw, time and time again, how women were being dismissed, overlooked, or misinformed when it came to one of the most transformational times of their lives: perimenopause.

After years in clinic supporting women through all stages of life, it became clear that perimenopause is still misunderstood – and women are paying the price. Many are told their symptoms are “just part of getting older,” or offered a one-size-fits-all solution without real support. Even worse, many women are having their symptoms dismissed or ignored entirely by health professionals, leaving them
feeling confused, unsupported, and isolated – or medicated for various different symptoms they are experiencing, when they are simply in perimenopause. I believe this simply isn’t good enough.
At Natural Perimenopause, I offer the Natural Perimenopause Action Plan, an online course designed to guide you through this phase with simple practical tools and knowledge.

This course focuses on empowering you with the understanding of perimenopause and provides you with the tools to make easy, sustainable changes that will help you manage your symptoms with ease. It utilises a holistic approach to perimenopause and weaving easy to understand science to support you through all aspects of your life to help you navigate this life transition with more confidence and manage your symptoms along the way. When we look at menopause holistically we examine all aspects of your health because your entire health is affected during this stage, not just your ovaries.

What I see so often is that no one is really taught what perimenopause is. We’re often told menopause happens when our periods stop – and that’s where the conversation ends. But in reality, perimenopause involves so much more than that. Many women experience irregular periods, increasing PMS, raging mood swings, hot flushes, sleep disturbances, anxiety, weight changes, and a range of other symptoms long before their periods actually stop. In fact there are 48 symptoms of Perimenopause. That's why understanding perimenopause is so crucial.

The Natural Perimenopause Action Plan is a course designed to empower you with knowledge and practical tools, so you can take control of this phase and make the changes that are within your power (there is so much you can do!!) to make your symptoms far more manageable and help yourself feel better and more balanced through this time of transition.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, poor sleep, night sweats, bloating, heavy periods, low energy, or just don’t feel like yourself lately – know that it’s not all in your head, and you don’t have to suffer through it alone. Perimenopause is a natural part of life, but that doesn’t mean you have to go through it feeling stuck or unsupported.
This work is deeply personal to me. I’m not here to sell you a miracle cure or tell you there’s one “right” way to do perimenopause. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to provide a space where you can make empowered choices that support your body and mind.

If you want more personalised support you can work directly with me with via telehealth for 4 month Perimenopause treatment plans including personalised herbal formulas to address your specific signs and symptoms.

Whether you’re curious about planning for Perimenopause, just beginning to notice changes or are already deep in the throes of hormonal shifts, the Natural Perimenopause Action Plan can guide you through making meaningful, lasting changes to feel more at ease in your body again.
